Satoshi Yamamoto

Joined in November 2020

I was put in charge of developing open source and embedded control software immediately after starting my career. I do my work while being attentive to customer troubles and operations.

I’ve recently been involved in developing engine control software, and was able to make the switch from temporary placement to contract employment. I’m certain that my dedication to gaining customer trust led to my switch to contract employment.

Looking ahead, I’d like to provide guidance to the staff I work alongside and increase the number of personnel who have enough expertise to work anywhere.

Chihiro Wada

Joined in April 2020

I’ve been involved in a wide range of work so far, including making electric circuits for a simple water purification plant system, creating a PLC control program, devising a touch panel program, and making onsite test-run adjustments for an automatic warehouse loading system.

Right now, I’m working on building a human-machine interface for a drug mixing apparatus, and creating a PLC control program and touch panel program. I feel a sense of satisfaction when I gain the knowledge and ability to make judgments that enable me to solve problems that were difficult for me in the past. In the future, I’d like to become a responsible person proficient at everything from discussing specifications with clients up to delivery of the finished product.

Shunsuke Morioka

Joined in December 2012

I’m in charge of design and development of electric power systems. I’ve developed data storage capabilities, monitoring capabilities for various kinds of parameters, and check capabilities for device updates.

When I was in charge of creating major capabilities that would take several years of development, I had a hard time drawing up designs based on complex specification sheets so there’d be nothing lacking and they’d be free of inconsistencies. However, in the end I was able to create something tangible, so I feel it was a really good experience.

Lately, I’ve been modifying processes using Oracle and processing speed is often a problem. I’m intent on working hard to deepen my understanding of Oracle so that I can make improvements.
